• NID / Birth Certificate / Valid Passport
• Freedom Fighter Honorary Allowance Pay-Book
• Two copies of recent passport size Photographs of account holder duly attested by the Introducer.
• One copy of Passport Size Photograph of Nominee duly attested by the Account Holder.
